I've been coming to Karen every 6-8 weeks for around three years. Initially it helped me balance my post baby hormones, and now as a working parent it helps me manage stress. Subtle but powerful results, definitely more than just a massage. Karen is super sweet and professional and will make you feel at ease. I've recommended several friends and family now.

After experiencing an Indian Head Massage from Karen, I found I had much more flexibility in my neck movement, and she managed to reduce the surprising number of knots I had in my shoulders! Karen made sure I was comfortable and relaxed at all times, and shared helpful tips to help reduce those knots in future. Highly recommend!
