Lindsay’s reflexology sessions are wonderful. The space is peaceful and Lindsay immediately puts you at ease to help you relax and enjoy the treatment.Lindsay is mindful of you as a person and absolutely committed to helping. I was amazed that Lindsay was able to give me feedback about the overall state of my health and she was spot on.Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about a reflexology treatment.

I fell on my knee about 6years ago now and since then I could never put any pressure or weight on it. After going to Lindsay and having reflexology sessions I can now kneel !!!!!!!!!! It was amazing the other aches and pains that have just become background noise in my life are definitely less acute after seeing Lindsay. She is an amazing practitioner and I recommend anyone even those who are a little skeptical of the benefits of reflexology to just give it a go …. I did and it has improved my general well being remarkably!!!!

Lindsay delivers the most beautiful and relaxing Indian Head Massage & Reflexology and the results were immediate for me.My neck tension and head ache was relived by the end of our session and I felt more relaxed and 'lighter' for a long time after.The room is very inviting and fresh, and Lindsay has a very calm and grounding energy which helps with relaxing right from the start. The session allowed me to zone out of every day stresses and feel completely relaxed. When Lindsay finished the reflexology session the information provided was highly detailed and informative and I became aware of certain areas in my body that may need extra attention and care.
